Terms of Service

Sutrigo provides software for organizers to publish Listings, configure Commercial Offers and Departures, receive booking requests, track travelers, and review payments.

Unless stated otherwise, Sutrigo is not the travel operator, tour provider, guide, transport provider, hotel, insurer, or payment custodian for a Listing.

A traveler Booking is a request or reservation made through a Commercial Offer, which may refer to a scheduled Departure or a private request.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the Listing, selected Commercial Offer, applicable Departure dates, price, inclusions, exclusions, payment instructions, cancellation terms, health or document requirements, and organizer contact information before booking.

Eligible bookings are paid through the organizer's connected Razorpay account. Payment confirmation, refund eligibility, cancellation fees, and payment disputes are governed by the organizer's published terms unless Sutrigo explicitly states otherwise.

Sutrigo stores payment status and provider references to help the organizer and traveler keep booking records aligned.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their Listing content, Commercial Offers, Departure dates, prices, capacity, inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, payment instructions, cancellation terms, and traveler communications.

Organizers must operate their travel products lawfully and maintain required registrations, permits, tax compliance, insurance, and safety practices for their business and destinations.

Organizers must use traveler information only for booking operations, travel preparation, traveler support, refunds, legal compliance, and directly related communications.

Organizers should publish clear cancellation and refund terms before accepting bookings. If an organizer has its own privacy policy or business terms, the organizer should make those available to travelers.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their account.

Sutrigo may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, Listing, organizer, or booking activity creates risk, violates these terms, or harms travelers, organizers, or the platform.

Organizers grant Sutrigo permission to host, display, process, and distribute organizer-provided Listing and profile content as needed to operate public pages and booking workflows.

Sutrigo may remove or limit content that appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, spammy, or otherwise harmful to the platform.

Sutrigo provides the platform as-is and does not guarantee that every Listing, Commercial Offer, Departure, organizer, traveler, or booking will be error-free, available, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutrigo is not responsible for organizer-operated travel services, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, injuries, delays, losses, or disputes between travelers and organizers.
