When a traveler books a Departure, we collect booking information such as contact name, email address, phone number, seat count, traveler details, payment status, and booking status.

We may collect technical information such as device, browser, pages visited, referral source, and basic analytics data to keep the service reliable and improve the product.

We use information to operate Sutrigo, create public Listing pages, process booking requests, send booking and verification emails, support organizers and travelers, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

We use organizer profiles and Listing content to show public Listing pages after an organizer publishes them.

When a traveler submits a booking, Sutrigo shares the relevant booking and traveler information with the organizer operating that Listing so the organizer can manage the booking, payment, support, and travel preparation.

Organizers are expected to use traveler information only for the booked travel product, booking support, refunds, compliance, and directly related operations.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, file storage, analytics, monitoring, and related infrastructure.

These providers process information on Sutrigo's behalf so we can provide the service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the platform.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
